Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissues.  Similar to Swedish Massage this type focuses on knots and releasing chronic muscle tension. Some additional benefits of this type of massage are reduced inflammation and helping to reduce scar tissue.

Swedish Massage
This is the most common and best known type of massage. The goal is to relax the entire body, this is accomplished by massaging the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction that the blood uses to return to the heart. Some benefits of this type of massage are eased tension, improved flexibility, releasing of toxins in the muscles and improved circulation.

Sports Massage
This massage is geared toward athletes of any kind it  focuses on troubled areas relating to a particular sport. Athletes have discovered this massage promotes flexibility, removes fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries, and prepares them to compete at their absolute best.

Ashiatsu Massage
Is an ancient form of massage brought to us by Buddhist monks. The therepist supports themselves using bars along the ceiling applying different pressures using strokes of their feet. This creates a structural chnage in chronic soft tissue damage. This therapy helps stretch and lengthen tight muscles, stimulates the lymphatic system  and promotes deep relaxation. Some benefits include increased flexiablility, improved circulation, and relief of spasms and cramps. 

Ayurvedic Hot Stone Massage
 During this massage we use Ayurvedic herbal oils and apply water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. This type of massage stimulates the circulatory system, relaxes muscles, helps to release toxins, induces a state of deep relaxation, and relieves pain and spasms.

Armomatherepy Massage
Similar in style to the swedish massage. The subtle aroma of the essential oils fill the air around you during this massage. The type of oil used during this massage depend on the needs of the client. 

Pre-Natal
It shares many of the goals of regular massage: to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation, and just make you feel good. It's tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, we have a special cushion to that allows you to lay on your stomach !
