Massage is an age-old, natural, healing technique designed to remove or eradicate stress and tension at its source. Each massage is individualized and customized for you. Your therapist will take the time to discuss with you which massage or which form of energy work will meet your needs, help relax you and be stress free.

SNOW POLICY

If Region 15 has a delay: No Early Bird class, No 8:00 am Pilates class , We WILL have our 9:30 class

If Region 15 has a snow cancellation: NO morning classes.

Thanksgiving Schedule:

All classes are the same through the weekend (Friday-Sunday)

Thanksgiving Day:  All classes cancelled except we are having a 6:30 am….An Hour Of Power With Marianne. … Due to the Turkey Trot starting at  8:00 am in our  parking lot.

Please park across the street at The Southbury Green.

Yin Yoga

A new class added on Tuesdays at 5:15 pm:
Yin Yoga with Grace. “Yin Yoga” is a non heated class that works on the connective tissues of the body – long held postures focus on the joints where compression restricts the flow of chi (energy) and blood to a particular area. Upon release, it flows back in. Emotions are energy in motion an this practice really gets the energy moving.

Tuesday and Wednesday’s 5:15 pm classes both offer an optional meditation starting at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, and 4:45 pm on Wednesday.
