YOGA NIDRA TEA Recipe
(From March 9th class)
Twink has been serving a different tea at every YOGA NIDRA class….they are not only delicious, but also have many benefits! Having said this, we thought it would be a great idea to give you the recipe/ and some of the benefits on the web page after each session, and this way you can continue your healthy journey long after the class has ended!!!!
CCF tea..Cumin/Coriander/Fennel tea
1/4 tsp corriander seeds
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
Boil 1 1/2 cups of water…add the whole cumin, corriander, and fennel seeds. Let steep for 5 minutes, or until it cools to a comfortable drinking temperature. Strain and serve, discarding the spices.
