We’ve changed our Early Bird class times!
As of Monday November 3rd our Early Bird classes will be on Monday, Wed., and Fri. morning from 6:00-7:00am, taught by Marianne.
We will no longer offer the Tuesday 6:30am early bird class.
We’ve added a class! Starting on Tuesday, November 4th there will be a noon 12pm-1:00pm Hot “Hour of Power” class taught by Marianne.
New Fall Schedule has started… a few reminders:
Monday through Thursday evening classes are now starting at 5:15pm and 6:30pm respectively – with the exception of Monday’s Detox Flow which will start at 6:45pm and Friday’s Happy Hour which will start at 5:30pm.
Twink’s Gentle Flow is back on the schedule for Wednesdays at 5:15pm. There is a meditation before class from 4:45pm-5:15pm.
A new class added on Tuesdays at 5:00pm:
Yin Yoga with Grace. “Yin Yoga” is a non heated class that works on the connective tissues of the body – long held postures focus on the joints where compression restricts the flow of chi (energy) and blood to a particular area. Upon release, it flows back in. Emotions are energy in motion an this practice really gets the energy moving.
Tuesday and Wednesday’s 5:15pm classes both offer an optional meditation starting at 5:00pm on Tuesday, and 4:45pm on Wednesday.
